摘要：NOVELTY - This invention claims a preparation method of nanometer tin oxide, the main steps of said preparation method are implementing precipitation reaction for mixed solution made of tin source, organic complexing agent and deionized water and precipitator under temperature of 10-90 centigrade degree; washing, drying and thermal treating the sediment obtained by precipitation reaction to get the target object. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The merits of this invention lie in the whole preparation technics is simple and high efficient, and it is easy to industrialize; the prodromic body does not need to thermal treatment and can get nanometer tin oxide; the prepared nanometer tin oxide powder has high dispersion, whose surface area is 20~180m2/g, and grain diameter is 2-10nm.
