摘要：面对大学生在网络社会中沟通交往的新特点,高校思政工作者应积极转变自身的角色定位和工作方式,努力成为高校大学生网络社会的构建者、网络群体和组织的领导者、网络社区的管理者和网络社会秩序的维护者。
Nowadays students communicate via network in the university. In adapting to the situation the teachers working in this field must clear their roles and change their method and strive to be the constructor and leader in defending the rules and be the managers in network society.
