摘要:NOVELTY - Composite ceramic coating comprises manganese(III) chromate and chromium(III) oxide. USE - Composite ceramic coating used in aircraft engine nozzle and hydrocarbon cracking furnace tube (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite ceramic coating has improved carburization and ablation resistant performance and has reduced adhesion of carbon deposit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite ceramic coating on surface of alloy, which involves : (A) subjecting surface of superalloy material to degreasing; (B) introducing inert gas and mixed gas carbonmonoxide-carbondioxide in heating furnace for 15-30 minutes; (C) performing oxidation reaction at 700-1200 degrees C for 5-40 hours; and (D) cooling to room temperature to obtain composite ceramic coating on surface of alloy.
