摘要：NOVELTY - The device has a cutting machine that is inserted (S1) into middle section, corresponding to Charpy impact testing of charpy impact cutting section for cutting sample. A movable clamping mechanism clamps and conveys reconsitution sample segment through remote control way. The reconsitution sample segment is provided with middle insert segment and end segment. A welding clamp is used for clamping of sample segment. A capacitance energy storage stud welder is connected with sample section on the welding clamp through electrode screw, for realizing closed ring circuit connection. USE - Charpy impact based double-screw bolt welding sample reconsitution device. ADVANTAGE - The welding process of the sample reconsitution device can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.
