摘要：NOVELTY - N-(2-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-5-benzoyl phenyl) amide compound (I) is new. USE - N-(2-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-5-benzoyl phenyl) amide compound used in preparing medicine composition for preventing and treating cancer (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - N-(2-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-5-benzoyl phenyl) amide compound of formula (I) is new. L=1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, 1-4C lower alkylamino, O, OR2, S, SR2, NH or NR2; R2=1-4C lower alkylamino or 1-4C lower alkoxy; and R1=phenyl, substituted phenyl, substituted 5-9 membered heterocyclyl or substituted aromatic heterocyclyl containing 1-3 heteroatoms selected from O, S or N, or substituted with halo, 1-18C straight-chain or branched-chain hydrocarbyl, CN, NO2, NH2, OH, hydroxymethyl, CF3, trifluoromethoxy, COOH, 1-4C alkoxy, sulfhydryl, 1-4C acyl, 5-9-membered aromatic heterocyclyl, aryl or aromatic heterocyclyl, substituted phenyl, substituted benzyl, substituted benzyloxy, substituted 5-9-membered aromatic heterocyclyl, or 1-4C naphthyl.
