摘要:NOVELTY - A residual oil delayed coking process modeling and optimizing method involves determining industry delayed coking device parameter at specific temperature and pressure comprising a design parameter and operation parameter, determining the set of delayed coking total by dividing method, determining the delay coking reaction network and reaction rate equation, solving delayed coking reaction dynamics model, followed by correcting delaying coking lumped dynamics parameter based on actual industrial operation data correction, determining optimized strategy, and optimizing the calculation. USE - Method for modeling and optimizing residual oil delayed coking process. ADVANTAGE - The method enables modeling and optimizing residual oil delayed coking process with improved efficiency and enhanced delayed coking unit operation level to provide guidance.
