摘要：对某改造后的大型沥青焦回转窑设备进行了详细的受力分析,得到了大窑的剪力图和弯矩图,并在此基础上对大窑进行了强度和刚度校核。分析结果表明,改造后大窑满足强度和刚度要求,不需要对其结构进行调整。
It analyzes the load of a large improved pitch coke rotary kiln equipment , obtains the shear diagram and bending moment diagram , and checks the strength and stiffness of this rotary kiln shell .The results show that the strength and stiffness of this improved kiln equipment meets the requirement and does not need to adjust its structure .
