摘要：主要介绍了如何利用高炉矿渣研制艺术玻璃。由于高炉矿渣中含有铁、锰等着色元素,因此矿渣玻璃生产中色泽的控制是一个重要问题。此外,艺术玻璃要求高质量的澄清。基于上述考虑,本工作研究了不同澄清剂对玻璃的色泽和澄清效果的影响,并分析了其中的原因。目的在于为优选制备高炉矿渣艺术玻璃的最佳工艺条件提供可靠的实验依据。
The control of color is important subject for producing the slag glasses because blast furnace slag always contains trace metallic elements such as Fe, Mn. Moreover, high transparence and good appearance required for art glass so that the enhanced refinement is needed such purpose. In the present work, some art glasses were prepared by using blast furnace slag and other necessary materials with the aim of solving these two problems. The effects of different refining agents on both coloration and refinement were investigated on which the preferred technical conditions can be worked out.
