摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves providing alkali liquor into centrifugal separation device (3-1) inlet. The alkali liquid is mixed with naphthenic raw material oil between inner cylinder and static outer cylinder to perform alkali liquid reaction. The alkali liquid and raw material oil are separated by centrifugal machine in light phase to form acid raw oil and alkali slag. The water is added via other centrifugal separation device inlet to separate and remove slag in raw material oil for obtaining refined oil product from light phase outlet of centrifugal separation device. USE - Straight distillation diesel de-acidifying method in petroleum chemical industry. ADVANTAGE - The oil de-acidification process alkali washing and water washing separation efficiency can be improved while reducing the separation time. The cost required for de-acidifying process can be reduced and the viscosity of the diesel can be improved. The deacidifying process can be performed in petroleum chemical industry efficiently.
