摘要：人口老龄化是当今社会的发展趋势,老年痴呆症已成为危及老年人生命的"第四大杀手",抗痴呆药物的研究是近年来的热点。本文对治疗阿尔茨海默病等痴呆症的药物——L-a-甘油磷脂酰胆碱作一介绍,包括近年来的市场状况及前景、临床应用、分离及其纯化方法等。以进一步促进L-a-甘油磷脂酰胆碱类药物的制备与应用,填补国内该类药物制备的空白。
Alzheimer’s disease has been become “the fourth killer” threatening the life of the elderly due to the trend of population aging in today’s society, so the research and development of anti-dementia drugs have been a hot point currently. This article introduces L-a-glycerylphosphorylcholine, one of the anti-dementia drugs for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, including its market state and prospects, clinical application, preparation and purification and so on so as to further promote the preparation and application of L-a-glycerylphosphorylcholine –like drugs and fill in the gaps in home-made such products.
