摘要:In order to overcome the shortcomings of electrical desalting system, such as complicated system, larger equipment volume and difficult to maintain, the complex high tension electricity system, a new process for desalting of crude based on hydrocyclone technology was designed. An industrial sidetrack desalting tester with a desalting capacity of 3.0 m3/h by hydrocyclone in 8.0 Mt/a crude-oil distillation unit was set up. The effects of several dimensionless units, such as Reynolds number, Euler number, and pressure drop ratio were studied. Under the Reynolds number of inlet ranging from 5000 to 5800, the water volume fraction in crude oil was decreased from the range of 5%-8% to less than 0.40% and the salt concentration was reduced from 8 mg/l to below 3 mg/l after handled.
