摘要:核电站管系中约三分之一的管道为小支管,在服役期间其振动现象十分普遍,往往导致振动疲劳失效。为了有效识别含裂纹小支管结构损伤扩展情况,及时诊断其安全状态,利用有限元软件ANSYS分析含裂纹小支管固有频率随裂纹扩展的变化规律。研究结果表明管道直径越小,裂纹损伤对其固有频率的影响越明显;对于同一小支管,裂纹越深,固有频率变化越明显;由此建立小支管裂纹损伤与固有频率变化的对应关系。搭建实验台开展试验,验证悬臂小支管在产生裂纹前后以及裂纹扩展过程中固有频率的变化规律,试验结果与数值模拟结果很好吻合,证明了基于固有频率的小支管裂纹损伤识别方法的可靠性。该研究可为小支管裂纹监测提供必要的理论参考。
Small branch pipes approximately occupy one-third of the pipeline system in nuclear power plants.During their operation period,vibration is inevitable and often leads to fatigue damage.In order to effectively identify the damage expansion and to evaluate the safety condition of the small branch pipes with cracks,ANSYS software is used to analyze the variation of the natural frequencies of the small branch pipes with propagating of the cracks.The simulation results show that reducing the diameter of the pipe can increase the effect of the crack damage on its natural frequencies.For the same pipe,increasing the depth of the crack can significantly change the natural frequencies.Based on the results,the correlation curves between cracks and natural frequencies are established.Moreover,experiment systems are setup to verify the variation of natural frequencies when the cracks of small branch pipes initiate and propagate.The experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results,which proves the reliability of the method to identify the damage of small branch pipes using natural frequencies.
