摘要:在实验的基础上建立了电泳法成膜的模型,并阐明了电泳法的机理。实验结果表明,胶体浓度、胶粒粒径、直流偏压和时间是影响电泳成膜的主要因素。通过分析,建立了成膜电流的理论表达式,得到了与实验一致的结果。利用电泳法制备出大范围内均匀度好的TiO2超微粒薄膜,其粗糙度因子达500以上,厚度可通过成膜电流以及成膜时间来控制。
The electrophoretic model for forming membrane was founded and the mechanics of electrophoretic method was illustrated. The results indicate that the concentration of the colloid, the size of the fine-particle in colloid and the bias voltage are important factors for the electrophoretically forming of membrane. The theoretic expression of the current during forming membrane was inferred.The results from theory were observed to correspond with experimental results. The fine-particle TiO2 membranes with good uniform in extensive scope were prepared through eletrophoretic method. The roughness factor of the membrane is above 500 and the thickness of the membrane can be controlled through forming current and forming time.
