摘要:考察了对于邻甲基苄氯裂解产物苯并环丁烯混合物的3种除杂方法,并确定了用硫酸处理苯并环丁烯混合物的工艺条件。采用浓度为80%的硫酸处理苯并环丁烯混合物,处理温度为20℃,处理时间为120min,苯乙炔除去率达100%、苯乙烯除去率为901,苯并环丁烯收率约76%;同时验证了提纯后的苯并环丁烯的结构。
Three different methods for purification of raw benzocyclobutene (BCB) mixture obtained from pyrolysis of o-methylbenzyl chloride were investigated. The better method was found to be the treatment of raw BCB mixtures with H_2SO_4 and the optimal purification conditions were found as follows: c(H_2SO_4) is 80%, reaction temperature is 20℃, reaction time is 120 min. The removal of phenylacetylene and styrene are 100% and 90% respectively, and the recovery of BCB is about 76%. The chemical structure of refined BCB was identified.
