摘要：NOVELTY - A beta -diaryl- alpha -amino acid derivative (I) is new. USE - New beta -diaryl- alpha -amino acid derivative is used in preparation of 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethan-1-amine compound (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The beta -diaryl- alpha -amino acid derivative enables the preparation of 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethan-1-amine compound with high yield and purity, by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A beta -diaryl- alpha -amino acid derivative of formula (I) is new. R1,R2=1-4C linear or branched alkyl;and R3=5-6-membered O- or S-containing aryl or heteroaryl (both optionally substituted by halo, 1-3C linear or branched alkyl, 1-3C linear or branched alkoxy or phenyl), or naphthyl. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for usage method of compound (I) in preparation of 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethan-1-amine compound of formula (Ia). R4=H or 1-4C linear or branched alkyl.
