摘要:运用Boltzmann函数对实验数据进行拟合,建立了煤在热解过程中氯析出的模型。模型值与实验值的相对误差较小,模型较好地反映了实验结果的规律性。文中还提出了以t10、t50、和t90来表示氯析出10w%、50w%和90w%时对应的热解温度,以△t80表示热解时氯析出主要的温度区间。在此基础上的实验结果分析表明,氯析出率在10w%~90w%之间煤的对应的热解温度区间不同。在热解温度为900℃时,煤中氯析出率可达90w%以上。
Chlorine is one of trace elements in coal, which do harm to environment badly It is of significance for the removal and control of chlorine in coal that the isolation characteristic of chlorine in coal was studied In this paper, test data were fitted by using Boltzmann function, and model of chlorine removal was built on the process of coal pyrolysis Relative error between model data and test data was low t10, t50, and t90 were put forward to compare to the temperature at which chlorine removal was 10?w%, 50?w% and 90?w% respectively Δt80 was used to describe the primary temperature range of chlorine removal during pyrolysis On the basis of these, the experimental data showed that the pyrolysis temperature of coal was different when the chlorine removal changed from 10% to 90% Chlorine removal from coal was above 90?w% at the pyrolysis temperature of 900?℃
