摘要:With the rising popularity of smart home products, smart aromatherapy machine has emerged as a vital tool for enhancing the quality of the home environment. However, current designs often fall short in addressing user’s personalized needs and adapting to contextual factors. Based on the theory of contextual experience design, this article innovatively proposes a user-centered smart aromatherapy machine interaction system, focusing on the three elements of user, product, and environment. The research analyzes user sensory needs through interviews and questionnaires, employs the KANO model to prioritize product functional requirements, and utilizes contextual situational elements in user journey map to identify behavioral pain points, ultimately optimizing the design plan. The system design innovatively integrates emotion recognition, environmental perception, and multi-modal interaction capabilities, along with a service blueprint, to deliver a personalized experience design strategy that dynamically adapts to user’s emotions and environmental conditions before, during and after the use of the smart aromatherapy machine. The research result shows that the design method based on contextual experience significantly enhances user satisfaction and experience, offering a new perspective for the design practice of smart aromatherapy products and serving as a reference for user-centered innovative design in the field of smart home. ?
