摘要:以甲壳胺(CS)和海藻酸钠(AL)为辅料制备复合骨架葛根素缓释片,考察了制备工艺和辅料性质对骨架片释放度的影响,并通过正交试验对缓释片的处方进行优化。结果表明:直接压片释放过缓;润湿剂对干颗粒的理化性质有影响。CS的用量、脱乙酰度和AL的粘度对释放度影响显著;CS密度及AL的粒度对释放度影响一般。
The preparation and influencing factors of the polysaccharides matrix sustainedrelease tablets of puerarin and the process of the tablet were studied. The optimal formulation was found using orthogonal experiment design. The decreasing rate was caused by direct compression. Some kinds of wetting agents influenced the properties of the dry granules and the release rate was sensitive to the hardness of PUE tablet. The content and degree of deacetylation of chitosan (CS) and the viscosity of alginate sodium (AL) had significant effects; whereas the density of CS and the granularity of AL had some influence on the release rate.
