摘要：党的十六届六中全会以来,社会工作的发展走上了一个新的平台。社会工作实务开始由星火式的点状分布走向燎原式的系统发展,兴办社会工作专业的高校达到两百多所,社会工作研究成果源源不断地涌现。社会工作的这一跳跃式发展在中国社会转型的大背景中展开,得益于政府、社会工作专业教育工作者、社会工作者、社会工作服务对象、境外社会工作界、传统工作体系、传统文化、现代文化的良性互动,这种良性互动建构了中国的社会工作,促进了社会工作的发展。这一发展要求专业教育工作者由以往推进社会工作实务的发展,从而推进社会工作的职业化为主要目标转向以推进社会工作专业化为主要目标。
Since the sixth Plenary Session of the 16th of the Communist Party of China,the development of social work had gone to a new platform.The practice of social work went to systemic development,about 200 institution of higher education having established social work specialty,and social work studies have harvested a lot.The bouncing development of China＇s social in the transformation background benefited from the positive interaction between government,social work profession educators,social workers,etc.The development required the social work educator to transfer the target of research from promoting social work practice to promoting profession.
