摘要:在水热条件下,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,研究了多种硅源在不同体系中MCM-41中孔分子筛的合成,采用XRD、低温N2吸附等方法对合成的分子筛进行了结构和物性表征,考察了不同合成方法制备的MCM-41分子筛在沸水中的水热稳定性。结果表明,用不同方法合成的MCM-41分子筛的水热稳定性有很大差别,以泡化碱为硅源配合适宜的方法合成的MCM-41分子筛具有很好的水热稳定性,经过8d沸水煮泡,仍能保持良好的中孔结构和很高的表面积。
In this paper, a series of SiMCM41 have been synthesized with different Si sources. The samples were characterized by Xray powder diffraction (XRD) and nitrogen adsorption. The hydrothermal stability of the samples was investigated in boiling water. The results show that samples synthesized via different ways exhibit considerable difference in hydrothermal stability. Under proper conditions, the sample prepared with water glass as Si source shows high hydrothermal stability, its mesoporous structure and high specific area could be maintained even after 8days hydrothermal treatment in boiling water.
