摘要：NOVELTY - For treating or preventing dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) inhibitor mediated diseases, a 2,4-disubstituted thiazole compound (I) or its enantiomer, diastereoisomer and/or racemic modification, and its salt, prodrug or solvent, is used. USE - For treating or preventing dihydroorotate dehydrogenase inhibitor mediated diseases including inflammatory disease, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, colitis, lupus erythematosus, primary glomerular disease, organ transplant rejection and melanoma (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The compound has good inhibiting effect on DHODH activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - For treating or preventing dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) inhibitor mediated diseases, a 2,4-disubstituted thiazole compound of formula (I) or its enantiomer, diastereoisomer and/or racemic modification, and its salt, prodrug or solvent, is used. A'=aryl, 5 or 6 membered aromatic heterocyclic ring or 3-8 membered ring; R'=NHCOR3 or N=CR4R5; R1=H, 1-3C alkyl, halo, cyano, nitro, hydroxy, 1-3C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, 1-4C unsaturated alkoxy, carboxyl, ester, halogenated 1-3C alkyl, halogenated 1-3C alkoxy, sulfonyl, or thiol; n=0-5; R2=H, 1-3C alkyl, halo, hydroxy, amino, or 1-4C alkoxy; R3=H, 1-6C linear or branched, optionally saturated hydrocarbyl group, optionally saturated 3-7C naphthenic hydrocarbyl, halo, hydroxyl, 1-3C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, optionally substituted 3-7 membered heterocyclic group, or optionally substituted aryl (where the 1-6C linear or branched, optionally saturated hydrocarbyl group is optionally substituted with halo, cyano, nitro, amino, hydroxy, 1-3C alkyl, halo-1-3C alkyl, halo-1-3C alkoxy, carboxyl group, 1-4C alkoxy, mercapto or 1-4C acyl, and the chain contains at least one heteroatom selected from O and S); R4 and R5=H, 1-3C alkyl, halo, optionally saturated 3-7C naphthenic hydrocarbyl, optionally substituted 3-7 membered heterocyclic group or optionally substituted aryl;or R3+R4=ring (optionally substituted with halo, cyano, nitro, amino, hydroxy, 1-3C alkyl, halo-1-3C alkyl, halo-1-3C alkoxy, carboxyl group, 1-4C alkoxy, mercapto group or 1-4C acyl, and containing at least one heteroatom). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound (I) and carrier or excipient.
