摘要:[目的]为防治作物灰霉病的发生,研制一种壳寡糖精油复配制剂的新型生物农药。[方法]以柠檬草精油、香茅精油、壳寡糖为原料,通过复配,考察其对葡萄灰霉病菌、番茄灰霉病菌的抑菌效果。[结果]当柠檬草精油、香茅精油、壳寡糖的质量浓度比为1.5∶1.5∶1时抑菌效果最好。该制剂处理过的黄瓜种子,其过氧化物酶活性可达167.5U/(g·min);且该制剂喷施后的生菜,灰霉病发病率由80%降到6%。[结论]该制剂能有效抑制灰霉病发生,有望成为新型农药。
[Aims] The existence of grey mould germ seriously affects the growth of greenhouse crops. Therefore, the aims were to develop a compound with plant oils and chitosan oligosaccharides(COS) as a new biological pesticide.[Methods] Lemongrass essential oil and citronella oil with good antibacterial ability were used as raw materials, then compounded with COS. The optimum formula was attained according to bacteriostatic rate of the grape grey mould and botrytis cinerea. [Results] The research results showed that the best concentration rate of lemongrass essential oil,citronella oil to COS was 1.5∶1.5∶1. Since the formula was used to treat the seeds of cucumber, the activity of peroxidase was 167.5 U/(g·min). At the same time, when the lettuces were cultivated by spraying the compound, the phenomenon of infected by grey mould fungus was greatly reduced, and the incidence was decreased from 80 to 6%. [Conclusions] A new compound was developed to restrain the grey mould effectively, which indicates that the using of this compound as a new biological pesticide is promising in agriculture.
