摘要:以玉米淀粉为原料,乙醇为溶剂,用溶剂法制备高粘度羧甲基淀粉。应用正交设计法研究了影响淀粉羧甲基化反应的各种因素,通过检测粘度确定了制取高粘度羧甲基淀粉的最佳反应条件:淀粉、氢氧化钠、氯乙酸的浓度分别为0.7、0.586、0.36 mol/L,乙醇质量分数为0.85,醚化时间为1 h,醚化温度为50℃。通过实验获得粘度为1 128 mPa.s的羧甲基淀粉产品。
The paper presents a method for producing a high viscosity carboxymethyl starch (CMS) in ethanol. A test program, based on the orthogonal experimental design, was conducted to determine the effects of composition of starting materials, reaction temperature and time on product viscosity. The best CMS with a viscosity of 1 128 mPa · s was produced from a mixture of starch (0. 7 mol/L), sodium hydroxide (0. 586 mol/L), chloroacetic acid (0.36 mol/L), and ethanol (w=0.85) by etherification at 40 ℃ for 4 h.
