摘要：[研究目的]对科学数据共享平台的用户感知有用性进行调查分析,有助于了解科研用户对平台服务的接受情况,进而提升服务质量。[研究方法]基于技术接受模型,构建科研用户感知有用性影响因素模型;通过问卷调查收集国家科技基础平台用户感知数据;利用AMOS22进行数据分析和假设检验。[研究结论]数据供给和数据信任显著正向影响用户感知有用性,平台特征和感知易用性对感知有用性的影响未得到理想的验证;提出数据平台应加强数据供给、提升数据信任、优化获取流程。
[Research purpose]The investigation and analysis of the perceived usefulness of users of the scientific data sharing platform will help to understand the acceptance of users to the platform services and improve the service quality.[Research method]This paper constructs a research user perceived usefulness influencing factor model based on TAM,collects user perceived data of national science and technology basic platform through questionnaire survey,and uses AMOS22 for data analysis and hypothesis testing.[Research conclusion]The results show that:data supply and data trust have a significant positive impact on user perceived usefulness;The impact of platform feature and perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness has not been satisfactorily verified.It is proposed that the data platform should strengthen data supply,enhance data trust,and optimize the acquisition process.
