摘要:Gene polymorphism includes lots of genetic information. Typing technology is the main method to evaluate gene polymorphism. The parallel typing system based on ligase detection reaction is established for gene polymorphism. Ligase detection reaction and microarray assay are combined, which generating gene typing with high. The results by this method are the same as those by sequencing for typing AGT M235T and ACE I/D. The gene polymorphism of 168 Chinese people were determined. The significant (X2 = 6.191, P less than or equal 0.05) difference distribution of AGT M235T gene polymorphism was found between hypertension cases and healthy controls, but ACE I/D gene polymorphism is no significant difference among them (X2 = 5.241, P > 0.05).
