摘要：共建共享是马克思主义对未来共产主义社会的科学预见,也是中国共产党和中央政府对中国具体发展的现实回应。共建共享发展的两个关键要素——公平和效率的互构使资本逻辑与全民共建共享存在共契的空间。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,发展不平衡不充分的现实难以满足人民对美好生活的多元需求,这构成共建共享发展的困境,要弥合资本逐利秉性与共享价值关照之间的鸿沟就要在《共产党宣言》对资本双重作用的论述中找寻理论支点,通过理念重塑、制度建构和主体定位等路径拨开资本逻辑对社会共享发展的遮蔽,以期突破不平衡不充分的发展困境,促成共建共享的新发展理念在新时代的深化。
Co-construction and sharing is the scientific foresight of Marxism to the future communist society,and also the realistic response of the CPC and the central government to the concrete development of China.Equity and efficiency are two key elements of co-construction and sharing development.The mutual construction of the two factors makes capital logic and universal sharing have common understanding space.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the reality of uneven and inadequate development cannot meet the diverse needs of people for a better life,which constitutes the dilemma of co-construction and sharing development together.In order to bridge the gap between the shared value concern and the pursuit of capital interests,we must find the theoretical fulcrum in the discussion of dual role of capital in the Communist Manifesto,and remove the shield of capital logic from social sharing development through ideas remolding,system construction and subject orientation to break through the uneven and inadequate development dilemma,promoting the deepening of new concept of co-construction and sharing in China in the new era.
