摘要：NOVELTY - The method involves adding oxidant and gasification agents in a gasification nozzle of a fixed bed gasification furnace. Pyrolysis, gasification and combustion process are performed to generate the synthetic gas. Ash is discharged from an ash outlet of the fixed bed gasification furnace. A synthetic gas connecting pipe is passed into the gasification nozzle. Synthetic gas is converted to obtain crude synthesis gas by a non-catalytic partial oxidation reformer. Temperature of the fixed bed gasification furnace is maintained at 800 to 1700 degrees centigrade. USE - Method for preparing fixed bed gasification coupling non-catalytic partial oxidation synthesis gas that is used for preparing hydrogen, synthetic ammonia, and methanol. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively allows gasifying biomass, lignite, bituminous coal and anthracite coal in an environment-friendly manner, and improves carbon conversion rate at 99 percent. The method allows performing non-catalytic partial oxidation and synthesis processes in a simple and inexpensive manner and reaching more than 70 percent of cold gas efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The oxidizing agent is oxygen, air or oxygen-enriched air, and the gasification agent is vapor or carbon dioxide.
