摘要：系统介绍了重型零件圆柱面内外直径的精密测量方法——弦长弓高法,进行了详尽的理论分析;提供了完整的数据处理方法与测量误差分析方法,以及测量结果的表达格式;并运用于实例,以供工程上实际应用。
Presents a precision method for measuring the internal and external diameters of a large cylinder —— the method of the length of chord and the height of segment of a circle. Theoretical calculations and methods of data processing and measuring errors analysis were investigated. A mathematical expression for measured results is proposed. A practical application is calculated in detail as illustrative example for engineering practice.
