摘要：近年来,不充分就业现象在社会中越来越普遍。由于不充分就业会给个人、企业以及社会带来消极的后果,因而成为西方经济学以及管理学研究的热点。但国内对这一领域的研究还相对较少。本文在文献研究的基础上,从概念、理论基础、因果模型等方面,系统地介绍了不充分就业的研究现状,并且对我国未来的研究方向进行了展望。
The phenomenon of underemployment becomes more and more prevalent in current society. As underemployment may cause many negative consequences to individuals, organizations and societies, it is one of the hotspots in the field of economics and management in western countries. However, the research of underemployment is scarce in China. By reviewing underemployment literatures, this paper systematically summarizes existing research from different aspects, such as the concept, the theoretical basis and the causal model of underemployment. At last, it also proposes the directions for future research in China.
