摘要：后奥运时代,高校是举国体制培养高水平竞技体育人才的补充路径之一。查阅"体教结合"的相关文献并研究华东理工大学女子乒乓球俱乐部在招生、管理、教育和市场运作中的成功经验,提出研究型大学可以充分利用在招生政策、科学文化素养培养、经费保障和产学研等方面的优势,以"校体企结合"模式,合理配置三方资源,共同培养全面发展的高素质竞技体育人才,为完成世界大学生运动会及国际、国内重大比赛的参赛任务,奥运争光计划和竞技体育的可持续发展做出贡献。
After the Beijing Olympics universities have become one of supplementary approaches to the whole-nation system to cultivate elite sports talents. Drawing on the success that the Table Tennis club of East China University of Science and Technology has achieved in recruitment, management, education and marketing, we come up with the suggestion that researching universities take advantage of the privileges granted to them in terms of recruiting policies, scientific research, education and financial support, etc. , and by combining education, sports and enterprises, allocate the resources of the three concerned parties rationally so that the three will make joint efforts to cultivate all-rounded elite sports talents.
