摘要:研究存在瑕疵品并且检验过程不完美条件下的买方最优订货批量问题,建立了一个包括厂商订购费用、库存持有成本以及包括检验成本、内部失败成本和外部失败成本的质量相关成本的总成本优化模型,通过优化总成本函数确定厂商的最优订货比量.同时考虑到可以采用信息化技术等方式降低订购费用,进一步研究了考虑订购费用压缩情形下厂商的最优订货策略与最优订货费用.最后,通过数值算例对订购费用压缩前后买方成本进行了对比分析.
An optimal ordering quantity model with random defective rate and imperfect inspection process was studied in this paper. Considering a total cost model which includes ordering cost, holding cost, inspection cost, internal failure costs and external failure costs, we derived the optimal ordering quantity by minimizing the total cost. Since the ordering cost can be reduced by means of information technology, we also study the optimal lot size and ordering cost problem with consideration of investing in ordering cost reduction. Finally, the total costs before and after ordering cost reduction were compared through numerical analysis.
