摘要：2017年,华东理工大学引入第三方开展实验室安全检查,探索高校实验室安全管理新机制。经过一年的试运行,在第三方实验室安全检查的前期准备、日常管理、运行情况等方面积累了一些经验,对第三方在高校实验室安全检查中的作用进行了研究;从学校制度支撑、第三方培训与管理、违规项目整改,提出学校为配合第三方更好地开展工作所需提供的支持。
The third party was introduced by East China University of Science and Technology for the laboratory safety inspection in 2017 and a new mechanism for the laboratory safety management in colleges and universities was carried out.After one year’s trial running,some experience has been accumulated in the preparation,daily management and operation of the laboratory safety inspection by the third party,and the role of the third party in the laboratory safety inspection in colleges and universities has been studied.From the university system support,third-party training and management,and illegal project rectification,this paper puts forward the support that the university needs to provide to better cooperate with the third party to carry out the work.
