摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing finned single pipe formed by sintering zeolite molecular sieve used in pipe shell type absorbent bed comprises: (a) configuring adsorbent material;; (b) preparation and pre-treatment of finned single pipe; (c) pre-curing of zeolite molecular sieve composite adsorbent and finned pipe; and (d) roasting and drying. USE - The pipe is useful in pipe shell type absorbent bed (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat and mass transfer performance of adsorbent bed is improved, the circulating load of adsorbing is increased, and circulation time is shortened. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for Preparing finned single pipe formed by sintering zeolite molecular sieve used in pipe shell type absorbent bed comprises: (a) configuring adsorbent material; adding mixture of water and water glass with modulus of 3.2 as adhesive, the mass ratio of water glass and water is 2:1, the mass ratio of adsorbent material and adhesive is 3:1 to 3:2, then composite adsorbent of zeolite molecular sieve is obtained after evenly stirring; (b) preparation and pre-treatment of finned single pipe: welding annular fins (2) at the outside of base pipe (3), the distance between each two fins (2) is less than or equal to 5 mm, there are 2-6 V-shaped vertical slots (4) opened at each annular fin as mass transfer channel, the depth of the a lot is the height of finned pipe; cleaning the finned pipe by ultrasonic cleaner; (c) pre-curing of zeolite molecular sieve composite adsorbent and finned pipe: ramming up V-shaped mould matched with shape of opened slots on finned pipe processed in (b), filling the composite adsorbent of zeolite molecular sieve prepared in (a) in fin slit of finned pipe, pressurizing 5-10 MPa by annular mould matched with fin slit, then taking off V-shaped mould and annular mould; and (d) roasting and drying: processing integral sintering treatment for finned pipe filled with composite adsorbent of zeolite molecular sieve prepared in (c), using method of heating in section, that is, diving into 4-6 sections under 30-200 degrees C and heating for 30-50 minutes for every section; wherein, dividing into at least two sections under 30-100 degrees C, and the sintering time for each section is at least about 50 minutes, holding for 1-2 hours under about 200 degrees C, then finned pipe formed by sintering composite adsorbent of zeolite molecular sieve is obtained after air cooling; where the aperture of said zeolite molecular sieve is 13X type zeolite molecular sieve of 10 angstrom.
