摘要：将非平衡系统理论应用于治安问题的研究,建立了治安系统的非线性模型,用定性与定量结合的方法,从微观及宏观对系统的定态和动态进行了分析,由此可得一些对治安问题的进一步认识和启示。
This paper attempts to apply nonequilibrium theory to analyze and model public order system. By the model, both statical and dynamical behavior are investigated, and it is also shown that bifurcation or catastrophe phenomenon exhibits in the system. Finally, some useful results are discussed.
