摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves dissolving hydrophobic material in organic solvent to prepare hydrophobic solution. The hydrophobic solution is injected into a hollow pen core. The hollow pen core is put into a raw pen on paper base microfluidic control chip to obtain a modified pen. A pattern is drawn on a paper by using the modified pen after volatilizing the organic solvent such that drying hydrophobing agent is permeated to the paper, where the hydrophobic material contains alkyl ketene dimer, photo-resist and paraffin. USE - Method for manufacturing a paper base micro-fluidic chip in a medical field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing paper base micro-fluidic chip manufacturing operation in a simple, quick and cost-effective manner with better stability and food quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The paper is a chromatography paper, a filter paper, an acetate fiber paper, a non-woven fabric paper and a cotton paper. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a paper base micro-fluidic chip.
