摘要:以复方连翘-金银花超临界CO2流体萃取物中的蜡质成分为对象,通过碱催化使蜡降解为相应的脂肪酸和脂肪醇,分别将它们衍生为脂肪酸乙酯和脂肪醇乙酸酯,然后进行GC-MS测定。结果表明该蜡质主要含有3类物质:C16~C30的长链饱和脂肪酸和C20~C30的脂肪醇构成的酯、C24~C34的正构烷烃以及香树精脂等三萜类或其他多环化合物。
The waxes separated from the fructusforsythia and floslonicera essential oil extracted with supercritical CO2 were analyzed. The procedure of analysis of the waxes includes KOH catalyzed ethanolysis, separation and derivation of the ethanolysis products. The two fractions resulted were analyzed by GCMS. The analytical results show that the waxes are composed of esters made up by C16~C30 fatty acids and C20~C30 fatty alcoholes, C24~C34 alkanes and polycyclic compounds such as α and βamyrin.
