摘要:研究了在AH-32催化剂上苯酚氨化反应过程条件对苯胺收率的影响和反应动力学。在0.9MPa、390℃、苯酚的 LHSV 为0.06h^(-1)、NH_3:PhOH 为20(mol)的条件下,苯胺收率达98%以上,且在操作200h 后催化剂活性未见下降。动力学研究表明在388—427℃,苯酚分压0.0189—0.0653MPa,氨分压0.50—0.71MPa 范围内,反应速率对苯酚为0.3级,对氨为零级,视活化能为102kJ/mol。反应机理符合 Langmuir-Hinshelwood 型,并计算了动力学方程式中的常数。
The effect of reaction conditions on aniline yield and the reaction kinetics
of the catalytic ammoniation of phenol on the atalyst were studied.Under the
conditions of temparature 390℃,pressure 0.9 MPa,LHSV of PhOH 0.06 h^(-1) and
NH_3/Ph OH mole ratio 20,the yield of aniline was over 98%,and the stability of
catalyst over 200h.The kinetic study indicates that the order with respect to PhOH
is 0.3 and the order with respect to NH_3 was zero,the apparent activation energy
was 102.5kJ/mol under the conditions of 388—427℃,0.0189—0.0653MPa PhOH
pressure and 0.50—0.71NIPa NH_3 pressure.The reaction mechanism were discussed.
