摘要:环糊精由于具有特殊的空腔结构,能够和多种有机物形成主客体包合物,从而达到去除废水中污染物的目的。以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,通过反相悬浮聚合技术合成了一种低水溶性的β-环糊精聚合物(β-CDPs),研究了其吸附和脱附性能,探索了苯酚初始浓度、温度和聚合物粒径对吸附性能的影响,并对吸附过程中的动力学和热力学数据进行了拟合。实验结果表明,β-CDPs具有较强的吸附能力,在温度为10℃,苯酚初始浓度为150mg/L,聚合物粒径为1mm的情况下,β-CDPs的平衡吸附量可达73μmol/g。利用乙醇可使聚合物再生,且多次循环使用不影响其吸附能力。
Removal of phenol and it's derivatives from industrial waste water has been a challenge for a long time. β-cyclodextrin polymers ( β-CDPs) can be a good adsorbents toward phenol due to the inclusion interaction between CD and phenol. 13-CDPs were synthesized successfully by inverse-phase suspension polymerization of β-cyclodextrin and epichloro- hydriru The influence of adsorption conditions including initial phenol concentration, contact time, temperature and particle size of β-CDPs on adsorption capability were investigated. The adsorption isotherm can be correlated to both Langmuir and Freundlich models. The maximum adsorption capacity was measured to be 73umol/g under the initial concentration of 150mg/L at 283K. The β-CDPs were easily recovered by ethanol as washng solvent and they could be used as recyclable adsorbents.
