摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves carrying out hydro-thermal treatment by a carbonized product to obtain a nano-TIO2/carbon composite fiber. The nano-TIO2/carbon composite fiber is put in a sealed hydrothermal kettle to perform heating process, where temperature and time duration of the heating process is about 180 to 210 degree centigrade and 12 to 24 hours, respectively. Diluted acid and de-ionized water are utilized to wash the nano-TiO2/carbon composite fiber. Drying nitrogen is utilized to perform drying process to obtain the nano-TiO2/carbon composite fiber after completion of washing process. USE - Lithium ion battery cathode TiO2 carbon compound fiber preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simplifying nano-TiO2/carbon compound fiber preparation process, ensuring purity and quality of a product, saving raw material, reducing production cost, improving recycling performance of the product, charging capacity, discharging rate and nano-TiO2/carbon compound fiber preparation process efficiency, and introducing carbon source so as to increase conductivity performances and reduce resistance capacity.
