摘要:培养符合企业要求、满足未来产业发展需求的工程人才对国家实现由制造大国向制造强国迈进至关重要。目前,国内工科硕士研究生培养重学术而轻实践,导致所培养的人才素质与企业实际需求不匹配。文章基于国内外相关文献研究,以S公司的初级制造工艺工程师为例,运用行为事件访谈、文本分析、问卷调查、专家意见、统计分析等方法,构建了工程师四维胜任力模型。该模型包含基础性胜任力、基准性胜任力、鉴别性胜任力和发展性胜任力四个维度,共16个项目要素。在此基础上,文章运用层次分析法得出该模型各维度权重,并提出了提升工科硕士研究生胜任力的建议,以缩小卓越工程师培养与企业实际需求之间的差距。
It is crucial to cultivating engineers meeting the requirement of industry and enterprise for our country moving forward manufacturing power. The current training of engineering graduates focuses on research, and ignores practice, resulting in mismatch between the requirements of enterprises and the quality of students cultivated. Based on domestic and foreign literature research, combined with behavioral events interviews, text analysis, questionnaires, etc., this paper takes the junior engineers of S company as an example, builds a competency model, including basic competence, threshold competence, differentiate competence and development competence. Each dimension contains four elements. On this basis, the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is used to get the model dimension weight, and suggestions on improving the competence of engineering graduates is proposed, to narrow the gap between the cultivation of excellent engineers and the requirements of enterprises.
