摘要:以S (- ) α 苯乙胺 [S (- ) PEA]为拆分剂 ,对消旋的α 溴代邻氯苯乙酸 (BrA)进行拆分 ,在实验过程中发现 ,R BrA或S BrA容易发生自消旋。
Bromo-(o-chloro)phenylacetic acid(BrA) can be resolved with optically active α-phenylethylamine(PEA) as resolving agent. Both BrA and BrA·PEA are easy to be racemized spontaneously. The racemization mechanism of BrA and BrA·PEA in solution or its solid state has been studied.
