摘要:建立了超临界流体色谱法同时测定银杏叶提取物中槲皮素和芦丁的含量。采用C18色谱柱,流动相为超临界CO2-0.05%三氟乙酸的乙醇溶液(10∶1),检测波长360nm。槲皮素和芦丁的平均回收率分别为99.2%和101.3%,RSD分别为2.3%和2.8%。并考察了流动相组成、温度和压力对色谱分离的影响。
A supercritical fluid chromatography for determination of quercetin and rutin in Ginkgo biloba extractwas established. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of supercritical CO2-0.05% trifluoroacetic acid inethanol (10∶1) at the detection wavelength of 360nm. The average recoveries of quercetin and rutin were 99.2% (RSD2.3%) and 101.3% (RSD 2.8%), respectively. The influences of composition of mobile phase, temperature and pressurewere also discussed.
