摘要：NOVELTY - The invention claims ahydrolization preparation method of ethanol with cellulose offal diolefinic acid. It takes cellulose offal as its materials, dilute hydrochloric acid as catalyst to hydrolyze cellulose offal under technologcial conditions under proper reaction temperature and proper acid density. Through this process, reducing address sugar can be prepared. Ferment and distill the reducing address sugar to get combustion ethanol, waste liquid can be processed with activated sludge and be used as process water for preparing acid. Use sulphuric acid to produce calcium sulphate precipitate and use dilute hydrochloric acid as catalyst. The method of preparing combustion ethanol provided by this invention not only ensures yield rate of combustion ethanol, but also decreases energy consumption of hydrolization and recycles waste water. It also contributes to the protection of environment, and lowers cost of preparing combustion ethanol with cellulose offal.
