摘要:用热解-色谱-质谱联用技术测定了大同煤快速热解液体产物的组成。比较了低温和高温热解液体产物的组成之间的特征差异。在530℃至950℃范围内,考察了温度对主要液体产物包括脂肪烃(C_7~C_(19))、苯类化合物、酚类化合物和萘类化合物的影响。还根据煤分子结构模型对产物形成进行了探讨。
The composition of liquid products from rapid pyrolysis of Datong bituminous coal was examined by means of on -line GC -MS analysis. The charateristics of liquid products derived from low temperature as well as high temprature pyrolysis were compared each other. The effects of temperature on main liquid compositions were investigated. The temperature ranged from 530℃ to 950℃. It was shown that the yield of long chain aliphatic hydrocarbon (mostly C_7~C_(22) n- alkanes) decreased above 600℃ because of further cracking of aliphatic chains. Benzene yield increased with increasing temperature, and this trend was more pronounced above 700℃. Maximum production of toluene, xylene or trimethylbenzene existed in the vicinity of 800℃. Xylene and trimethylbenzene disappeared above 950℃, but relatively small amount of toluene still remained. Styrene yield slightly changed above 800℃. The phenol, cresol and methyldihydroxybezene yields went up with increase of temperature below 800℃, but fell down above 800℃. Xylenol yield started decrease at 700℃. No presence of cresol, xylenol and creosorcinol were found at 950℃. The effects of temperature on naphthalene and methylnaphthalene yield were similar to those on benzene and methylbenzene, respectively. It is interesting to note that both dimethylnaphthalene and trimethylnaphthalene yield showed two maximal approximately at 600℃ and 800℃, respectively.
