摘要:研制了一种甲醇重整微槽道反应器加工工艺。通过电火花加工技术,在合金片上加工出平行的微槽道,然后通过扩散焊将多层合金片焊接在一起,最后将催化剂涂层负载到微槽道反应器的内壁上。该微槽道反应器的氢气产率(0.37mol/h)可满足11 W燃料电池的需要。
A manufacturing process of micro-channel reactor for methanol reforming was prepared. Parallel micro-channels were patterned on alloy sheets by electric spark processing technology. Then, dozens of the multilayer alloy sheets were manufactured into a single structure by diffusion welding. At last, the catalytic coating was coated on the inner wall of the micro-channel reactor. The developed micro-channel reactor could generate enough hydrogen (0.37 mol/h) for power output of 11 W type fuel cell.
