摘要:NOVELTY - A temperature resistant high-intensity expandable phenolic resin is prepared by carrying out condensation reaction on phenol, aryl phenol, alkylphenol, and formaldehyde under action of alkali catalyst. USE - Method for preparation of temperature resistant high-intensity expandable phenolic resin for foam material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method solves technical problems of large brittleness, high aperture ratio, easy slag falling, high free phenol content and low high resistant temperature. The prepared resin has high molecular weight. The prepared foam has fine foam hole, high hole closing rate, low heat conductivity coefficient, high intensity, good size stability and higher application temperature, and is ideal phenolic foam material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high temperature resistant high-intensity resin foam which comprises (A) preparing modified phenolic resin, and (B) preparing temperature resistant high-intensity resin foam. The step (A) comprises mixing phenol, aryl phenol, alkylphenol, and formaldehyde solution, heating until system has homogeneous phase, adding catalyst for first time, and gradually heating to 70-95 degrees C; adding catalyst for second time after reacting for 1-3 hours, reacting at 70-95 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, stopping heating, adjusting pH value of system to 7 by diluted acid, and dewatering in vacuum; and when time of phenolic resin gel time is 100-200 s/150 degrees C, stopping reacting and releasing vacuum to obtain modified phenolic resin. Molar ratio of phenol, aryl phenol and alkylphenol is 1:0.1-0.5:0.1-0.5. Molar ratio of phenol to formaldehyde is 1:1.2-2.0. Mass ratio of phenol to catalyst is 1:0.005-0.05. Mass ratio of first catalyst to second catalyst is 1:0.1-0.5. Formaldehyde solution is aqueous solution (35-39 mass%). The step (B) comprises mixing (pts. wt.): temperature resistant high-intensity expandable phenolic resins (100), surfactants (1-6), foaming agents (5-15) and curing agents (8-25), stirring at high speed, injecting into mold, and solidifying at 60-100 degrees C to obtain temperature resistant high-intensity resin foam.
