摘要：测算热工设备水煤气炉热平衡,是热工节能研究的基础。传统热平衡计算工作量大,耗时费力,效率又低。本文引用Visual Basic中的ActiveX技术,将Visual Basic的可视化设计同Excel强大的图表绘制功能结合,建立热平衡模型,测算和分析现场热平衡。本文建立的程序运行可靠,操作方便,能实时分析生成的结果,以便企业利用计算机跟踪控制热工设备,便于节能减耗。
Proceeding thermal equilibrium test and calculation on thermal engineering equipment, for example watergas gasifier, is the basis of studying energy conservation. The conventional thermal equilibrium calculation is not beneficial to decrease the workload of calculation. Combining the advantages of Excel, which has powerful function in processing chart and graph and has unique advantages in analyzing data, with visualized design of Visual Basic by AcitiveX, a mixed program is established to create thermal equilibrium model and solve the model on the spot. The dependable program not only can make real -time analysis, but also do favor to control the equipment on track and then can save energy.
