摘要:Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 in 2019, the travel industry worldwide has been greatly affected. Although the epidemic has been largely controlled in various countries and society has steadily entered the post-epidemic era, social life is still affected by the epidemic. Meanwhile, a for the development of virtual reality, more and more people are turning their attention to the development of the travel industry to online virtual travel, and the design research of online panoramic travel websites is gradually becoming popular. However, the existing online panoramic travel websites has many problems such as imperfect functional modules, poor interface interaction experience and so on. How to use effective scientific means and methods to solve the above problems has high research value and significance. Hierarchical analysis (AHP) and quality function development (QFD) theory can help to obtain important user requirements and translate them into specific design elements. The aim of this investigation was to combine AHP and QFD to develop the research of design methods of online panoramic travel website. In the study process, Firstly, users' requirements for the online panoramic travel website is determined through user interviews and questionnaire research, and the system requirement framework is established; secondly, AHP is applyed to analyze the weight of the system requirement framework and the hierarchical structure of users' requirements for the system is established; then, the relationship between users' requirements and platform design elements of websites is established through the QFD theory, and the key design elements will be obtained to provide innovative ideas for the design of panoramic online travel platform. Finally, this study will use a case study of the online tourism website based on panorama as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the design method. The result of this research provides methodological support and case reference for how to develop online panoramic tourism website design in the future.
