摘要:分别采用旋转流变测试的复数黏度和差示扫描量热仪测试的氧化诱导温度对固载前后的亚磷酸酯抗氧剂的抗氧性能进行评价,以确定亚磷酸酯抗氧剂的固载对其与主抗氧剂1010组成的协同体系综合抗氧性能的影响。结果表明,双2,2′-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚)亚磷酸酯(BB)在聚硅氧烷上的固载,有效提升了其抗氧剂性,聚硅氧烷固载亚磷酸酯抗氧剂(PPSQ)与抗氧剂1010体现出更优良的协同抗氧作用,更有效保证了聚丙烯熔体黏度和氧化诱导温度的稳定性,进而使得其所稳定的聚丙烯具有较高的氧化降解活化能。此外,抗氧剂PPSQ还具有更为优良的耐水解性能,其与抗氧剂1010所稳定的聚丙烯经过144 h的水解之后,熔体平衡复数黏度下降不足10%,氧化诱导温度下降不到4℃。相对于抗氧剂BB与抗氧剂1010的协同体系,抗氧剂PPSQ和抗氧剂1010的协同体系呈现出更为优良的抗氧性能,即亚磷酸酯抗氧剂的固载有效提升了此类抗氧剂与1010抗氧剂在聚丙烯中的协同抗氧性能。
The antioxidant properties of the phosphite antioxidant before and after immobilization were evaluated using the complex viscosity measured by rotational rheology and the oxidation induced temperature measured by differential scanning calorimetry,respectively.The effects of immobilization of the phosphite antioxidant on the comprehensive antioxidant performances of the synergistic system composed of it and the main antioxidant 1010 were determined.The results show that the immobilization of bis 2,2′-methylenebis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenol)phosphite(BB)on the polydimethylsiloxane effectively improves its antioxidant performances.Therefore,the polydimethylsiloxane immobilized phosphite antioxidant(PPSQ)and antioxidant 1010 exhibit better synergistic antioxidant effects,effectively ensuring the stability of the viscosity and oxidation induction temperature of polypropylene,resulting in the stabilized polypropylene with the high oxidative degradation activation energy.In addition,PPSQ antioxidant also has better hydrolysis resistance.After 144 h of hydrolysis,the melt equilibrium complex viscosity of the polypropylene stabilized by PPSQ antioxidant and antioxidant 1010 decreases by less than 10%and the oxidation induction temperature decreases by less than 4℃.Compared with the system of antioxidant BB and antioxidant 1010,the synergistic system of antioxidant PPSQ and antioxidant 1010 exhibits better antioxidant performances.In an another word,the immobilization of phosphite antioxidant effectively enhances the synergistic antioxidant performances of this type of antioxidant and antioxidant 1010 in polypropylene.
