摘要:NOVELTY - Synthesizing brain targeted base modified cyclodextrin derivative (I), involves preparing intermediate mono 6-p-toluenesulfonyl- beta -cyclodextrin ether from beta -cyclodextrin using aqueous alkaline solution, introducing active amino group to the mono 6-p-toluenesulfonyl- beta -cyclodextrin ether to obtain amino modified- beta -cyclodextrin, connecting amino modified- beta -cyclodextrin with sulfhydryl brain targeted base by heterofunctional disubstituted polyethylene glycol derivative, and obtaining the brain targeted base modified cyclodextrin derivative. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing brain targeted base modified cyclodextrin derivative (claimed) which is used as medicinal carrier. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The cyclodextrin derivative medicine enables improved transferring medicine in brain. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Synthesizing brain targeted base modified cyclodextrin derivative of formula (I), involves obtaining beta -cyclodextrin as raw material, preparing intermediate mono 6-p-toluenesulfonyl- beta -cyclodextrin ether from beta -cyclodextrin using aqueous alkaline solution, introducing active amino group to the mono 6-p-toluenesulfonyl- beta -cyclodextrin ether to obtain amino modified- beta -cyclodextrin, connecting amino modified- beta -cyclodextrin with sulfhydryl brain targeted base by heterofunctional disubstituted polyethylene glycol derivative, and obtaining the brain targeted base modified cyclodextrin derivative.
